First Mike Miller, now James Jones. It looks like LeBron James is slowly campaigning that Dan Gilbert sign all of Miami’s former snipers to surround James with.

As the Akron Beach Journal reports, Jones will sign for the veteran’s minimum of $1.4 million. Although James didn’t see that much playing time last season with the Miami, his three-point shooting capabilities are undeniable. Jones is a former three-point champion and LeBron personally campaigned that James get more playing time during last year’s playoff run.
Jones averaged only 4.9 points last year but shot the ball at a remarkable 51.9 percent shooting clip from the land of beyond.
It seems like at this point, whatever LeBron wants, LeBron gets, as he is slowly starting to surround himself with familiar faces and close friends. Next on the list should be the greatest three-point shooter of all time in Ray Allen.
